Deep Tissue Massage
This treatment is perfect if you are not suffering with injury but would like a firm and thorough massage to help prevent injury, reduce stress levels, and iron out any muscular tension. Less injury specific than sports massage, you will get a general treatment, but working over a larger area. This treatment is particularly popular for individuals who are regularly training for sport, those spending significant amount of time seated, at a computer every day, or stressed out with their busy lives.
As with sports massage, I will professionally treat you with powerful effective, techniques that I have mastered over the years. You will be asked to move around on the couch to ensure I can work efficiently though your muscles – this could be laying on your front, back, side or even seated. I will explain which muscles I am working through, and why – my clients find this helpful, so they can understand what is going on underneath their skin and how the body moves. You will be kept warm, comfortable and covered with towels, only exposing the areas I am working on at that moment.

There are two treatment lengths available:

- 45 mins will focus on a smaller area e.g. back/shoulders or legs.
- 90 mins will focus on a larger area/full body.
- Treatment (45 minutes) - £68*
- Treatment (90 minutes) - £136*

- Payment can be made by card or bank transfer prior to the appointment time.
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the treatment booked – as someone else in pain could have your slot.
